VANCOUVER - Police say a 24-year-old Vancouver man is in hospital, recovering after being stabbed this morning.

Officers responded to calls of a fight between a group of men in the 800 block of Granville Street shortly after 4 a.m.

When officers arrived they found a man suffering from a stab wound to his upper body.

He was taken to hospital and is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Police say there have been no arrests and there are no suspect descriptions.

The crime scene remains cordoned off.
